HAUPPAUGE, NY — HTx Services, a technology infrastructure and ATM maintenance services company serving the continental United States, has announced the appointment of Brad Browder as their new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

HTx Services provides quality and cost effective Level 1, 2 or 3 support for a wide variety of ATMs, and a range of services including an advanced parts repair depot, a central command oversight center, and ATM support and logistics. The team at HTx is equipped to tackle even the most difficult technical issues.

“We were fortunate to have such a capable executive already on our team who was uniquely positioned to take on the role of CEO,” the HTx board of directors stated. Browder is an accomplished leader, well known in the ATM industry. Throughout his over two decades of services, bank technology and leadership experience, he has focused on providing exceptional customer value in a continual pursuit of excellence in service. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization as well as operational experience, technical breadth, inspiration and passion for customer delight.

Prior to consulting with HTx, Browder spent over seven years at Pendum, leading the nation’s largest third party service organization for ATM and self-service devices in the retail (ISO/IAD) and financial institution markets. He was accountable for servicing over 30,000 ATMs across the U.S. as well as restoring profitability, expanding growth and driving services excellence.

Browder also spent 15 years at Diebold, in positions of increase responsibility – most recently Vice President of Sales Operations. He holds a BA in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN and earned his MBA from Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH.
