The HTx Services Command Center centrally coordinates our teams’ activities, from small scale daily operations to major mobilizations.

We design and deliver services for our customers, at every hour of every day-regardless of what is happening in the environment. The Command Center team is always monitoring the environment, and always ready to act.
Services supported include
Resolve minor issues and get the ATM back into service without having to dispatch a technician
Push marketing content down to the ATM, overlaying the screens coming from the network
Deploy monthly Microsoft Windows OS patches and hotfixes
Deploy ATM application patches and updates released by the OEMs
Remotely retrieve ATM EJ logs
Bbtain an inventory of hardware and software installed on the ATM
